Ingredients:
2 bunches of tatsoi
2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce (or coconut aminos to make gluten free)
A dash of rice vinegar
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
4-6 oz tofu, cut into cubes
Add 1 teaspoon of the toasted sesame oil to a saute pan over medium heat. Cube the tofu.
Add the tofu to the pan.
Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, or until browned.
Remove the tofu from heat. Cut the stems off of the tatsoi.
Cook for 1 minute, stirring to coat. Add the reserved sauce to the pan.
Stir to combine. Mix in the tofu and serve.
This looks delicious. I just had tat soi for the first time last week – so good! Is it like bok choy’s cousin? It tastes/looks kinda similar!
This really looks delicious! I haven’t had tofu in a while but I always prefer it sauteed, lovely color on the tofu. Looks great! =]
Wow this looks delicious! You know, as much as a health nut I am, I’ve actually never tried tofu…I should venture out and try it soon!! 🙂
Sometimes the basics are the best! This looks so good and I love that you more seared than fried it.
I’m glad it worked out for you…because it looks amazing!

Yummy, I love tofu, this looks scrumptious!
I have to try this! I live right near Chinatown in NYC so I have a plethora of Chinese veggies essentially at my doorstep. I never buy them, though, because I never know what to make with them. Now I have a recipe! 🙂
This looks great. I love tofu, and will have to try.
I never heard of tatsoi until it came in our farm box yesterday, so tonight I went looking for recipes. Yours looks delicious. I’ll put it on the menu for this week, with gratitude.
